Descrizione

La dimensione di un guscio adulto varia tra 48 mm e 100 mm. Il guscio è reticolato molto strettamente con castagno bianco e chiaro, le macchie bianche ammucchiate e di dimensioni irregolari, le linee castane che formano due fasce irregolari interrotte.

Diffusione

Questa specie marina è presente nell'Oceano Indiano al largo della Tanzania, nell'Oceano Indiano al largo di India e Sri Lanka e nell'Oceano Pacifico al largo delle Filippine e dell'Indonesia.
